Adequate Stay. Some Issues Observed

slow service repetitive buffet

The room service was slow. It took over 25 minutes to get only three bananas. The menu lacked variety. Buffet options were repetitive for lunch and dinner. It made dining monotonous. I noticed several kids activities required extra fees. This hotel needs improvements.

slow service missing service

The check-in felt impersonal. the staff seemed distracted. I asked for extra towels. It took FOREVER. the promised turndown service never happened, a letdown, REALLY.
